3. Type of data processed

3.1 Navigation data

While this information is not collected to be associated with identified persons, it could, by its very nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

a) to allow the performance of operations strictly related and instrumental to the management of relations with users, such as - by way of example only - access to reserved sections;
b) to carry out all order management activities (including the administrative management of the contract, the shipment of products, the management of payments), as well as the fulfilment of all obligations imposed by the laws/regulations in force; c) to allow the correct fulfilment of the contractual obligations assumed by the company towards users and customers and vice versa, as well as the accounting and fiscal executions deriving from them;

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or the response to a request, which does not require the consent of the user, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
With regard to purposes b) and c), the legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract.
With regard to purpose d), the processing is necessary for the performance of legal obligations.
